The second half of the past century witnessed a major scientific revolution that was able to bring about vast changes in various fields, including the field of physical education, which plays a fundamental role in the process of change for the better, and which knocked on all the doors of modern science in various aspects. From this standpoint, we see that female students have different abilities. Interests and motivations require providing differentiated education, and this depends on the need to know each student and the school’s ability to know appropriate methods for teaching each student, as there is no single method of teaching.
Therefore, the problem of the research comes in experimenting with an educational method that works to develop agility faster and better than other methods. Therefore, the researcher decided to conduct an experimental study by dealing with exercises in the differentiated education method, which is a newly used method. In turn, the performance of the hoop skill is taught to female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Maysan. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature and problem of the research.
