Self-confidence and its relationship with the level of technical performance of some basic volleyball skills among middle school students in Baghdad, Al-Rusafa 2

The research aims to study sports confidence as a trait and its relationship with skill performance among middle school students. The research hypotheses suggest that sports confidence plays a role in developing players' skill performance, with variations in self-confidence levels and a correlation between sports confidence and some basic skills among players at School in Al-Rusafa Second. The second section focused on understanding the concept of sports confidence and the factors that assist in developing this trait. In the third section, a descriptive method was used to study the relationship between sports confidence and skill performance, with a sample of 30 students from middle school sports teams in Al-Rusafa Second, out of a total of 85 students. The researcher used various tools, including questionnaires for teachers and students.
