The aim of the research was to prepare special exercises using a factory lighting device to develop visual tracking and some offensive skills in handball, in addition to knowing the effect of these exercises using this device in developing visual tracking and some offensive skills in young handball players.
The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equivalent experimental and control groups with a pre-test and post-test.
The research sample was the players of Diyala Sports Club, junior category, for the 2023-2024 sports season, numbering (16) players, who were divided into two experimental and control groups, with (8) players for each group.
These exercises were applied over a period of (8) weeks, with (24) training doses, and the number of training doses per week was (3) training doses. The researcher used the repetitive training method with a training intensity ranging between (90 - 100%) of the players' capacity. The researcher relied on the undulation of the training load based on the principle of (1:3) for training doses, and with rest periods relative to work (3:1, 4:1, 5:1).
The researcher presented and discussed the results through the results of the tests used in the research, so the researcher concluded the following:
-The use of modern devices and technologies greatly helps in developing the capabilities and abilities of young handball players, and shortens the time and effort to achieve this.
-The exercises with the factory lighting device added an atmosphere of fun, joy, and a spirit of competition and challenge among the players, which increased their motivation towards training and development.
