Abstract

This study explores the impact of organizational commitment on scout teams’ performance in physical education and sports sciences colleges. The research focused on three key dimensions of organizational commitment: affective, continuance, and normative. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, with data collected via a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 200 participants. The findings revealed significant differences between individuals with high and low levels of organizational commitment, with normative commitment being the most influential. The study recommends fostering transformational leadership and organizing activities that strengthen social bonds among team members.
