Serious creativity and its relationship to the level of ambition among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Babylon

The aim of the research is to prepare the scales of serious creativity and the level of ambition and to identify their reality and the nature of the relationship between them among students. The researcher noticed, through reviewing some students, that there is a fluctuation in the level of ambition among students. This appears through the lack of real interest or lack of seriousness in acquiring information and developing the self among students. The researcher believes in the importance of serious creativity for students as it is one of the basics of the individual's level of ambition in organizing life and employing energies and directing them to the optimal path, which leads to raising his level of performance. The researcher assumed that there is a positive relationship between serious creativity and the level of ambition among students and the research method, as the researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method and correlational relationships and the research community and the sample. The research community included second-stage students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon for the academic year 2023-2024) with a total of (130). (20) students were chosen as a sample and (110) students were chosen as a main experiment sample. As for the conclusions, the sample enjoyed the variable of serious creativity and their level of ambition and the existence of a direct relationship between the two research variables, serious creativity and the level of ambition. The recommendations were to use the scale The level of ambition prepared by the researcher to reveal the nature of this variable among students on a regular and continuous basis and to develop guidance programs based on the level of ambition to inform students of the level of ambition they possess and how to enhance and develop it and conduct other studies.
