This study aimed to identify the effect of aerobic physical effort in the response of some biochemical blood variables to fitness Hall users aged (30-35) years in Najaf governorate, where the researcher identified the research community, namely the people who frequented fitness halls and centers in Najaf, a sample of them was selected by a simple random method by drawing lots, the number of (20) practitioners who underwent the main experiment , Homogenization of the players in terms of height, weight and chronological age was carried out, and the researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research and its goals, and then work with field research procedures, which included measurements of biochemical blood variables, namely (red blood cell deposition rate - ESR – blood clotting index D.dimer-erythrocytes RBC-leukocytes WBC-platelets PLT-plasma-hemoglobin HB-hematocrit)) before and after aerobic physical exertion used .
The most important conclusions were the occurrence of responses to some biochemical blood variables (Erythrocytes – Leukocytes – plasma - blood viscosity – hemoglobin – hematocrit) as a result of aerobic physical exertion used, while the absence of a response to other studied variables (erythrocyte sedimentation rate – blood coagulation index – platelets).
