Enhancing organizational prosperity in youth and sports directorates in Iraq, from the point of view of forum managers

Abstract

The study aimed to: prepare and apply an organizational prosperity scale for directors of youth forums in Iraq. The researchers selected the research sample, which consisted of (210) directors of youth forums in Iraq, to answer the questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The researchers adopted the descriptive

approach using the survey method for the purpose of preparing the organizational prosperity scale. The researchers showed great interest in following all scientific steps in preparing the study scale. Of validity and reliability, which led to determining the study scale in its final form, as the organizational prosperity scale contained (36) items distributed into four areas: (creativity, organizational agility, competitive advantage, innovation). The scale was applied in its final form to a sample of (80). Director of a forum in Iraq. Then, statistical transactions were conducted using the researchers using the statistical pag (SPSS) to obtain the results of the study for analysis and discussion, Based on the research results, it can be concluded that enhancing organizational prosperity contributes to the success of the institution and is reflected in it. A significant correlation also appeared between the organizational prosperity scale and its dimensions on the institution under study.
