Abstract

The research aims to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of objective decisions made by scout leaders from their perspective in intermediate schools in the Directorate and Departments of Education in Basra. The research used a descriptive method, which included survey and correlational studies, as it is more appropriate for the objectives of the research and the nature of the problem. A deliberate selection of (280) scout leaders from intermediate schools in the Directorate and Departments of Education in Basra was made to create the research sample. The SPSS system was utilized for statistical processing of statistical operations. Therefore, the researchers concluded that there are different levels in the scale of the quality of objective decisions made by scout leaders and recommended that they rely on all methods that improve the quality of their decision-making.
