The goal of the research was determined by identifying the level of reality and dimensions of the pioneering performance of physical education teachers. The human field was: physical education teachers in Maysan Governorate. The time field is from 11/1/2024 until 5/2/2024, and the field is: Spatial: - Schools of education in Maysan Governorate, where the researcher used the descriptive approach with a survey method to suit the nature of the problem. As for the research sample, it was chosen intentionally from physical education teachers in Maysan Governorate, numbering (293) teachers who represented the entire research community, which represents (100%). The distribution for the construction sample was (180) teachers, and for the application sample was (100) teachers, and for the exploratory experiment was (13) teachers. The most important conclusions are the following: The measure of the reality of the pioneering performance of codified physical education teachers is suitable for what it was prepared for in measurement, and meets the conditions Accepting the measurement tools, the dimensions of pioneering performance in the physical education lesson gained importance for physical education teachers because of their impact on the conduct of the physical education lesson, while the most important recommendations were to provide an organizational climate that meets the needs of physical education teachers and makes their performance pioneering, the necessity of communication and keeping up with The outside world by comparing sports activities and events.
