The role of socialization in the administrative performance of the directors of sports and school activity departments in Iraq from the point of view of its employees

Abstract

This study aims to identify the percentage of the contribution of socialization to the directors of sports and school activity departments, and the human field was: - Technical supervisors in the sports and school activity departments, as for the temporal range from 21/11/2023 to 5/5/2024, and the spatial field: - Sections of sports and school activity The researcher Tahj descriptive approach with a survey method to suit the nature of the problem, the research sample has been chosen in a deliberate manner of technical supervisors in the sections of sports and school activity and their number (304) technical supervisors who represented all the research community and is represented (100%) and the distribution, for the construction sample by (184) supervisors, and for the application sample by (100) supervisors, either For the exploratory experiment by (20) technical supervisors, as the most important conclusions are the following that the scale of socialization of the directors of the departments of sports activity and school codified fit for what was prepared for him in the measurement, and enjoys the conditions for accepting measurement tools, that the dimensions of socialization in administrative performance have gained importance to the directors of sports and school activity departments because of their impact on administrative performance, The researcher also recommended after the conclusions of providing an organizational climate that meets the needs of workers in the departments of satisfied and school activity and makes their administrative performance, the need to communicate for the events of the process of integration from all aspects in the educational process by comparing sports activities and events.
