Courses and workshops and their role in planning for coaches of sports clubs in the Premier League in Iraq from the players' point of view Research Supervisor

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the scale of courses and workshops and the scale of planning for coaches of sports clubs in the Premier League in Iraq from the players' point of view, as the researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method and correlations, while the research sample included Premier League football players in Iraq from the players' point of view, as the research community consisted of (629) representing (22) clubs, while the research sample consisted of (384) players, while the time frame was determined during the period from (21/12 / 2023- 15/ 10 / 2024m) and the researcher will conclude through the results he reached that there is a significant correlation between the scale of courses and workshops and the scale of planning for coaches of sports clubs in the Premier League in Iraq from the players' point of view, and the researcher noted that the research sample has information Sufficient to enable them to answer the statements of the two scales. The researcher also recommended that there is an urgent need for football coaches to pay attention to the organizational structure of the team and the communication between them.
