The study aimed to prepare special exercises with various weights to develop some biomechanical Variables and achievement, as well as to identify some biomechanical variables related to the start phase and the completion of the 200m runner, which the researcher sees as having a prominent and important role in developing the 200m achievement،Especially since the researcher believes that the trainer does not use this method in training this event It is possible to give an effective and positive role to such advanced levels. As for the research methodology, the researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem, as the research community was determined in the deliberate manner represented by the athletics runners of the Maysan Governorate team who competed effectively in the 200 m, for the sports season 2023, and they numbered 6 players, and they were divided by lottery into two groups. A control group and an experimental group, meaning that each group numbered 3 runners, and they constituted 100% of the Native community. Then the researcher carried out field research procedures to extract the results and treat them statistically, and from here several conclusions and recommendations emerged, the most important of these conclusions being that the use of weights far from the center contributed to Developing time and speed in the starting phase also contributed to developing the average stride length and number of steps for the phase that was studied. The most important recommendations were to conduct a similar study using special exercises on a sample of a better level, taking into account the use of advanced training tools as a basis for developing biomechanical Variables and achieving the 200m runners.
