Abstract

The discus throwing event is one of the events that requires sufficient physical specifications, the goal of which is to achieve the best achievements, but the performance must be close, strong, and with excellent motor coordination. The player needs effective training based on measurements and organized training foundations. The researcher believes that the special training in its composition in terms of the composition of the technical performance of strength. The speed and time course of the performance, as well as the direction of the muscular work with those responsible movements, as discus throwing depends on the strength of the grip and the speed of throwing in the last stage, so the researcher decided to design training exercises aimed at having a positive effect. The physical level or special strength and completion of the discus throw for young people. The study aimed to prepare core exercises to improve the strength of some physical variables and the completion of the discus throw for the young players, who numbered (5). These exercises were applied for a period of one year, weeks, with 18 training units within the special preparation period and in a manner High-intensity interval training. Tests were conducted for the explosive and explosive strength of the arms and legs, in addition to selecting speed, flexibility of the torso, moving balance, and performing the discus throw.
