The effect of a training program according to the pressure training method on some physical and skill abilities of the players of the Misan Education Football players

The objective of the study was to create a training curriculum and assess the effects of pressure training on the physical and skill development of Misan football education players. The researcher employed an experimental approach to address the research problem. The study included a total of 36 players who were selected to represent both Maysan education and the education of Al Majer Al Kaber for the sports season 2019-2024. Regarding the research sample, a total of 30 players were chosen to represent the research sample. Among them, 15 players were assigned to the control group and 15 players were assigned to the experimental group. Goalkeepers were excluded from the sample. Subsequently, homogeneity and parity measures were implemented for the study sample. Pre-tests were carried out, and the training curriculum was implemented and applied to the study sample for a duration of 8 weeks. Through three weekly training units, the researcher used suitable statistical methods using the statistical bag program (SPSS). The researcher determined that the variety of exercises in the training curriculum, designed based on the compression training method, and the nature of the exercises, including the strength of unique speed, explosive power, and skill exercises, have a positive impact on the development of physical and skill abilities of the players of the Directorate of Education Misan football. The compression training approach had a beneficial impact on the enhancement of physical and skill capacities among the participants of the study sample. The crucial recommendations were also addressed, which include instructing football players and young people in training techniques resembling those used during games, particularly the compression training method due to its beneficial effects on adjusting to the match environment.
