With the development in the field of training, it has become the duty of the coach not to neglect the psychological aspect represented in developing different principles, including motivational traits and emotional balance. Through the researcher’s review of scientific sources and references in the fields of sports psychology, he found a lack of psychological studies that addressed this topic. With the rapid progress of psychology in modern times, sports psychology has become an important branch of this science, as coaches believe that achieving sports success depends on physical, skill and tactical aspects through the use of different training plans during the preparation period for sports competitions. With the development in the field of training, it has become the duty of the coach not to neglect the psychological aspect represented in developing different principles, including motivational traits and emotional balance. Through the researcher's review of scientific sources and references in the fields of sports psychology, he found a lack of psychological studies that addressed this topic. Also, through the interviews conducted by the researcher with football coaches and some experts, he noted that there is a lack of interest by coaches in the aspects that concern the psychological preparation of advanced players.
